Through their discussion, the daughter reveals why she has come to that conclusion as her mother desperately tries to understand.

Amanda Hargrove, who stunned audiences as Lena in the HRT's production of, A RAISIN IN THE SUN, plays Thelma Cates opposite Camille Sims as Jessie Cates. Camille can currently be seen as Savannah in JAMAICA, Catherine in PIPPIN and Frenchie in SWEET CHARITY.

Suicide has become one of the leading causes of death in the country, especially in the last decade. The Harlem Repertory Theatre's production of 'Night, Mother" takes a deep dive into the mental breakdown that has claimed so many lives in this award-winning drama. A must-see production of a topic that must be spoken about.
